About Us
In 2011, a massive 98% of our clients' post-event evaluation has rated our services as either “Very Good” or “Excellent”. The other 3% said we were "Good"!
As our customer feedback suggests, PROJECT it has a unquestionable reputation for delivering first-class events for a wide range of corporate clients throughout the UK and Europe.
So how are we different? As an events production company, we aim to take the best traits of both an audio visual company and a creative agency, and combine these to offer you a unique service, complete peace of mind, and absolute value for money at your event.
Rather than responding to a pre-determined list of technical equipment, we make it our mission to get "under the skin" of each and every event - to find out the reason it's being held and exactly what your organisation wants the delegates to achieve by attending. Powered with this knowledge, we are then able to suggest the best ways to achieve your objectives, based on our knowledge of the industry and the technology and creativity we have at our fingertips!
In order to produce and deliver events successfully, we assign a dedicated project team who are there to manage the logistical and technical elements of your event from initial concept through to successful completion and delivery. Your team will not only be on-hand to help plan, manage and deliver your project efficiently and seamlessly; but also will be there to support you and bring expert advice when required.
We prefer to work as one team, who are all passionate about delivering a high standard, cost effective project that delivers and meets all objectives.
Our commitment to delivering Sustainable Events
Whilst PROJECT it are not a multi-national corporate company with a huge carbon footprint, we understand the importance of helping contribute to reducing waste and striving for sustainable events. Please find some points below which highlight our commitment:
-
Strive to utilise public transport when travelling too and from events
-
When we do have to travel by car, we actively promote a "car sharing" scheme for crew travelling too and from events

Recycle all excess materials such as wood, carpet and cardboard
-
Majority of correspondence is completed via email or telephone where appropriate. All emails relating to an event are filed electronically rather than printed in order to reduce waste.
